At the Annual Meeting of the District Grand Council of the East Midlands to be held on Saturday 16th May 2026 in Northampton the following changes will take place in the District Executive.

The Deputy District Grand Master

Illustrious Companion Ian Wallace Knox, P.G.Capt.Gd. will be retiring from office as Deputy District Grand Master having served that high office with great distinction for the last nine years. Prior to that he served as District Grand Principal Conductor of the Work. Ian is a member of Huntingdon Council No.130, Peterborough Council No. 243 and Nine Arches Council No. 302.

Illustrious Companion Ian Richards Johnson, P.A.G.D.C. the District Grand Principal Conductor of the Work since 2023 is receiving a promotion and will be installed as the new Deputy District Grand Master. Ian is a member of Leicester Council No.146 and Nine Arches Council No. 302.

Illustrious Companion Philip Graham Marshall, P.Dist.G.Swd.B. will be installed as the new District Grand Principal Conductor of the Work. Philip is a member of Carillon Council No. 267 and Nine Arches Council No. 302.
