The new Royal & Select Masonic Season got off to a flying start on Friday 5th September as Illustrious Companion Phillip Mann was installed as Thrice Illustrious Master of Carillon Council No. 267 by Illustrious Companion Michael Quinn in a delightful ceremony attended by the District Grand Master, Right Illustrious Companion Martin Wilson, together with his accompanying officer Illustrious Companion Leo McCormick District Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies.
