Charles Herbert Perram Council rallied together to produce an excellent evening of Cryptic Masonry after their Thrice Illustrious Master, Ill. Comp. Oneal Thomas was sadly taken ill the day before the meeting.

Ill. Comp. Stuart French stepped in to direct the general proceedings of the Council and welcome a delegation from Peterborough Council with the Travelling Trowel.

Ill. Comp. French then invited the District Grand Master, R.Ill. Comp. Martin Wilson to take the Chair and preside over the Choosing of Comp. Kevin Molyneaux as a Select Master.

Having adjourned the Council of Select Masters, the District Grand Master invited Ill. Comp. Rob Venn to take the Chair. Ably assisted with delightful perambulations by V. Ill. Comp. Nick Edwards and Ill. Comp. Kyle Whitbread, Ill. Comp. Venn Honoured Comp. Hugh Love and Comp. Kevin Molyneaux as Royal Masters.

Charles Herbert Perram Council will deliver the Travelling Trowel to Northampton Council on Tuesday 10th February 2026.

The Companions all wish Ill. Comp. Oneal a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him at the next meeting.
